Dealer / Local Store Purchases

  • Products purchased from local stores, dealers, or third-party sellers are governed by the warranty and service
    terms of the respective seller.
  • Motowolf.in is not responsible for warranty claims, replacements, or refunds for offline or
    third-party purchases unless explicitly stated in writing.

Partial COD, Delivery Rejection & Refunds

  • In case of partial Cash on Delivery (advance COD) orders, the advance amount is
    non-refundable if:
  • The customer refuses delivery, rejects the shipment, or states the product is no longer required.
  • Delivery refusal after dispatch will be treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.
