The wait is finally over. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has officially launched the much-anticipated Rebel 500 in India, priced at ₹5.12 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram). Deliveries are scheduled to begin in June 2025, with bookings now open at BigWing Topline dealerships in Gurugram, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

The Rebel 500 makes a bold entrance into Honda’s premium motorcycle lineup with its distinctive cruiser styling and blacked-out aesthetic. From the raked-out fuel tank to the round LED headlamp and ultra-low 690mm seat height, the design is tailored for both comfort and commanding street presence.
Available in a single Standard variant, it comes dressed in a striking Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic finish — a perfect match for riders who prefer timeless style with a rebellious edge.
Performance Built for Everyday Adventure
At its core, the Rebel 500 runs on a 471cc liquid-cooled, parallel twin-cylinder engine, producing 34 kW at 8,500 RPM and 43.3 Nm of torque at 6,000 RPM. Tuned for a smooth and torque-rich ride, the engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission that’s ideal for city cruising and highway getaways alike.
Its stubby exhaust not only adds to the compact cruiser look but also delivers a deep, satisfying note that turns heads wherever you go.
